The equipment adopts a German bitzer semi-closed screw compressor with a good refrigeration effect, supplemented by a highly efficient evaporator, condenser, and microcomputer controller, easy to operate. The nominal refrigeration capacity of the 50 ton chiller is around 175kw, and it can provide highly efficient and stable refrigeration solutions for the chemical industry, petroleum, food processing, new energy testing, and other industries.

●The 50 ton water chiller has multiple protection functions: compressor reverse protection, refrigerant shortage protection, anti-freezing protection, time delay protection, high and low-pressure protection, etc.

●The 50 ton water chiller has a buzzer alarm device: when the unit is running with abnormal compressor operation, refrigerant leakage, and other faults, the buzzer will sound an alarm so that it is convenient for the enterprise technicians to carry out inspection and maintenance.

●Temperature sensor: It is used to monitor the temperature change of the cooling water in the system and feedback on the temperature information to the control system, which is convenient for the control system to adjust the temperature parameters in real-time to ensure the stability of the cooling water temperature.

●Coil overheating protector: Used to detect the coil temperature of the condenser and evaporator of the 50 ton air cooled chiller, if the coil temperature exceeds the safe temperature range, the protector will cut off the power supply or trigger other protection mechanisms to avoid pipeline damage due to high temperature.

●High and low-pressure meters: high-pressure meters and low-pressure meters can be used as safety protection devices, when the pressure of the refrigeration system is abnormal, the high-pressure meter or low-pressure meter will automatically trigger the alarm or shutdown protection to ensure the safety of equipment operation.
