KSW series 50 ton chiller is of one-piece structure and easy to install. The refrigeration power of the equipment is about 175kw, which is suitable for medium-sized refrigeration occasions, such as office buildings, hotels, small and medium-sized production lines, medium-sized data centres and so on. The equipment adopts American Copeland semi-hermetic screw compressor, high cooling efficiency, low energy consumption. The equipment adopts American Copeland semi-closed screw compressor with high refrigeration efficiency and low energy consumption; it adopts intelligent electrical control system with good man-machine interface, which can record real-time operation data and fault data of the equipment and print them out for staff to analyse and optimize. The unit has protection functions such as high and low voltage switch, over-voltage, under-voltage, phase break, phase reversal, overload, etc., which ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit and prevents equipment damage and personnel injury.

●High-quality raw materials: The 50 tons chiller adopts a heat exchange efficient microchannel condenser, which uses a large number of tiny channels to increase the surface area and heat exchange efficiency compared to traditional condensers. This makes the heat transfer between the coolant and the condenser more efficient and improves the overall performance of the refrigeration system, thus increasing the cooling effect of the chiller and reducing energy consumption.

●50ton air cooled chiller: Adopting variable speed drive fan,that is, the fan speed and air volume can be adjusted according to actual needs. When the load of the equipment is low, the speed of the fan can be reduced, reducing the energy consumed by the fan, thus realizing energy-saving effects and improving the energy efficiency ratio of the equipment.

●Long service life: In general, the service life of the equipment is up to 10~15 years.

●Low noise: the compressor units are placed in the noise elimination cover, which can effectively isolate the noise generated by the compressor; in addition, the compressor is installed with a spring damper, this design can reduce the vibration transmitted to the frame of the unit, thus reducing the unit noise.
